Héctor Arriola — AI Agents Expert, Agentic Workflows Architect & Tech Entrepreneur

I build AI agents that reason, act, and operate autonomously — like your best employees, except they don't sleep. I'm a Monterrey-based founder and operator at the intersection of artificial intelligence, revenue operations, and entrepreneurship.

Currently, I'm focused on agentic AI systems — giving AI full context, memory, and real-world agency. I'm not building AI that "assists." I'm building AI that ships.

Newglo (Founder & CEO, 2020–2022) — D2C startup focused on women's wellness supplements. Built the brand, scaled operations, and successfully sold to private investors.

Pogen (Head of Growth, 2018–2019) — Led growth for an electronic counting system helping retail and shopping malls track foot traffic and customer behavior.

Endeavor México (2016–2018) — Regional Communities Manager & Entrepreneur Selection. Identified and selected high-impact entrepreneurs across Northern Mexico for Endeavor's global network.
