HÉCTOR ARRIOLA (SEPÚLVEDA) — AI-native operator & founder

I’m a Monterrey-based builder focused on the practical edge of AI—where models, workflows, and teams meet real outcomes. I run Hillflare, a growth and operations studio that helps founders and operators become AI-native: we design agentic workflows, wire up CRMs and data plumbing, and ship automations that drive revenue, reduce CAC, and improve speed and quality. My work sits at the intersection of product, revenue, and org design. I care about measurable outcomes, clean execution, and tools people actually use.

WHAT I DO

  • Design AI-native operating systems: research → strategy → execution → QA loops, with human-in-the-loop checkpoints and clear KPIs.

  • Build & integrate: agent frameworks and Claude-Code-style workflows; n8n/Zapier automations; data stores/warehouses (e.g., Supabase); CRM stacks (HubSpot, Kommo) connected to WhatsApp flows and AI calling bots.

  • Close the loop: dashboards tied to revenue, cost, cycle time, and quality—so decisions are made on signal, not anecdotes.

  • Write and speak: playbooks on AI-native companies, the “agentic workforce,” and the future skills teams need (systems thinking, prompt/code fluency, judgment).

NOW / FOCUS

  • Hillflare: AI sales & marketing systems for clinics and service businesses in Mexico—lead triage and routing, AI calling, appointment ops, compliance-aware messaging, and attribution that reconciles.

  • Agentic Ops Library: reusable patterns for research, copy, campaign setup, QA, and approvals across channels.

  • Team readiness: lightweight assessments and learning sprints for AI adoption (working titles: AI Skills Index and NuLearn.ai).

SELECTED PAST PROJECTS

  • Real estate (Monad): concepted a WordPress/Houzez-based marketplace focused on premium zones in Monterrey/San Pedro, exploring Rentberry-style features tailored for Mexico.

  • Healthcare ops: end-to-end funnels for regulated services—bilingual intake, AI triage, appointment automation, WhatsApp CRM, and ROI reporting. Implemented Kommo CRM (partner) and orchestrated automations from landing pages to CRM.

  • AI calling for clinics: packaged and delivered full-service setup, configuration, bot implementation, and sales strategy (reselling Dapta) for Mexico-based providers.

  • Civic tech explorations: research and prototypes for voter-mobilization platforms with identity verification and automated outreach.

COMMUNITY & RECOGNITION

I’ve been involved with Endeavor México’s network and community, engaging with founders and operators building high-growth, high-impact companies. I regularly share essays and frameworks on AI-native org design, agentic workflows, and the future of work and education.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES

  • Clarity over hype: define the decision, the signal, and the success metric before automating anything.

  • Human-in-the-loop by design: automate the boring; spotlight the judgment calls; log everything.

  • Small surfaces, fast feedback: start narrow, instrument deeply, scale what works.

  • Ethics and safety are features: consent, audit trails, and fail-safes are built in—not bolted on.

WHY I DO THIS

AI should expand human capability, not replace it. I’m committed to building systems that compound, teams that learn quickly, and outcomes that are measurable and real. Beyond the tech, I care about personal growth and the inner skills—judgment, systems thinking, communication—that make AI useful and safe in the hands of people.

WHERE I OPERATE

Based in Monterrey, Mexico. Working nationwide and remotely. Bilingual (ES/EN).

ENGAGEMENTS

Best fit: founders and operators who value speed, instrumentation, and real-world constraints. I take a limited number of build/advisory engagements per quarter focused on shipping tangible systems—agents, automations, prompts/code, QA checklists, and live dashboards—tied to business outcomes.
